Join us in a tranquil atmosphere as we embark on a sacred journey of energy healing, letting go of what no longer serves us, and starting the New year fresh. Sip on ceremonial grade cacao and experience the mind-body-soul nurturing benefits it provides. Expect an inspiring and joyful evening of deep connection, music, and dance. Light & healthy refreshments are provided. Preparation tips: Although cacao is beneficial and safe for most of us, some people should take extra precautions for themselves before eating or drinking cacao. Cacao is contraindicated with some anti-depressants including some SSRIs and all MORI anti-depressants. For people with a history of seizures, diabetes and heart conditions please consult your doctor before ingesting cacao. If you have asthma, please bring an inhaler if you use one. If you feel you need to share anything with us, please email us at info@auroomlife.com To get the best effects out of the cacao please only eat a light meal and avoid caffeine on the day of the ceremony.
