About the event
Join the unique Tantra Yoga Demystified workshop featuring the esteemed Guru Prakash Dhungana from Nepal,
on Sept 15th 10am-1pm at enchanted Bisley Yurt in Bisley.
This is a rare opportunity to welcome Guruji, a master of Himalayan Tantra Yoga, to the UK. Guru Prakash is renowned for his profound teachings that merge the sacred traditions of Nepal with practical approaches for modern living. His visit promises to demystify Tantra Yoga, offering an authentic experience that goes beyond the physical postures to encompass the vital, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual dimensions of well-being. Guru Prakash was raised in the spiritually rich environment of Shanti Yoga Ashram (Ashram Life (shantiyogaashram.com) in Kathmandu Valley, Nepal. With over 30 years of dedicated practice and teaching, he has been a guiding light for many on the path of enlightenment. His education at the Bihar Yoga University in India and initiation by revered spiritual leaders have endowed him with deep wisdom and a unique ability to convey the essence of Tantra Yoga.
In March, I had the profound privilege of visiting Shanti Yoga Ashram and embarking on a sacred pilgrimage with Guru Prakash across Nepal. We explored ancient tantric temples, ashrams, and other sacred sites, deepening my understanding and appreciation for these transformative practices. This journey has compelled me to share this enriching experience with our local community, providing them with the tools to unlock their true potential and elevate their consciousness.
The workshop will be a blend of theory and practice, designed to offer a holistic introduction to Tantra Yoga:
- Introduction Ceremony & Satsang: Engage in a sacred ceremony and Q&A session with Guru Prakash, where participants can ask questions and receive insights directly from the Master.
- Tea Break
- Tantra Yoga Asana & Pranayama Class: Experience a comprehensive session that integrates physical postures with breathwork, aiming to harmonize body, mind, and spirit.
