A course of four 1 hour sessions where you will learn about the art and power of journaling for life direction, goal setting and inspiration. Journaling is a proven technique for personal development, creative flow and fulfilment. It reduces stress and improves memory. Each session will have paper provided (you can bring a journal if preferred) and you will learn how to use this tool for success and mindfulness. 1. Introduction to journaling with examples and basic starter exercises. 2. Journaling techniques such as note taking, planning, writing, and crafting your visions. 3. Goal setting, improving resilience, overcoming procrastination, achieving positive thinking and reflection through journaling. 4.
